Quite unfortunate that her visit to the market was cut short due to security reasons despite the crowd not really posing much of a threat. May have been a different story if she wasn't pregnant but safety is understandable

So they go around touring, shaking people hands, and leave some cash donation behind??? I think those people can see right through that, hence the look of boredom on their faces.

Fiji has a lot to thank with the Duchess of sussex. She just help boost the country tourism and economy. Why, there's a stigma in this country that pregnant women are not safe. In the past, lots of preggy women probably canceled their trips and probably if she didnt visited fiji some of future prospective preggy women will be scared also to travel in fiji but she now proven them wrong. With proper guidance from a professional doctor she went there in fiji to prove that its not always dangerous. Such courage, determination and great support from a royal. Great Job! #respect

The Black Prostitute Me-gain, Dumbfuck harry's whore, thought the tour would men Gowns, Ballrooms, Wealthy men -- instead she was aghast it was under-developed Fiji islands she had to contend with. And while Catherine was in gown, dripping with jewels and wearing the QEII Royal Order and got ALL the oohs and aaahs and ATTENTON, the attention addict slut had to pull a fast one. Six minutes into the Market Visit, she screamed Security - Much Fucked Me-gain Prostitute's CODE for: I'm Bored. Get me out of here. Emily Andrews reported: There was NO crowding. Everything was calm.Very calm. Very controlled. Very disappointing meghan stayed a short time here at the market and didn't speak to the women at the Women's Centre which was specifically set up to encourage women entrepreneurs. They were told they would meet her, but didn't. They voiced their disappointment. The American prostitute giving advice to already EMPOWERED Fiji women???????? LMAO!

Probably became claustrophobic. Best not to be showing up, to meet and greet, in an enclosed area. Seriously how disappointing for the people. Not a very sought out plan. Her safety of course, is top priority. Hopefully, they will have another opportunity, to meet her. Be safe everyone.

It was no one’s fault. They did not anticipate that practically the entire nation would come out to see her. The security did their job well. Sad that she was unable to meet more people but knowing Harry and Meghan they will do something amazingly lovely to make amends. Basically, she is knocking it out the park. The couple have just gone stratospheric. 💕💕💕

Dawn Ashley Yes, you make a valid point and I’m sure PH has been given the full explantation. I was watching ITV’s round up of the tour so far and one of the guests was a journalist from the Sun newspaper. She was saying that they felt it was overcrowding linked with no embargo on details of Meghan’s visit thus hundreds of people turning up. The security therefore felt that they could not guarantee her safety were the crowds at the exit (especially worrying) came forward. It seems there were no barriers keeping people at a safe distance. The head of security acted, some may say in error but, she had to act. I think valuable lessons have been learnt for future visits.

p c Yes, absolutely. I think it was a combination of the authorities being taken by surprise really. I can imagine this experience was breaking new ground for Fiji as well. Well, onto Tonga. I can’t wait. 😊

MyMagical1 I agree with that, if only they could have controlled the crowd under the tents, and kept people off of the tables. I think it was a matter of the people being genuinely very excited to see her. The aisles were narrow and then you get cameramen in there taking up so much room. Just unfortunate all the way around, cause I could feel the affection coming from the people.

This could have been better organised. UK Prime Ministers and Ministers visit markets in developing countries all the time. The gates could have been locked so passers by don't have access. A wider security perimeter could have been created with vendors only

The Duchess seemed unbothered, but I can understand security's concern. They may have felt that they did not have total control, though I did not see what could have caused that feeling from this clip! The Duchess of Sussex and baby are safe, and all's well that ends well.

+LaureB34000 ....... Totally understand! It's a game-changer with a baby on board! I looked at the video again and at the end, I saw her security person going up to her and saying something. Probably that's when they whisked her out of the market! The people have been lovely though!!!

Karen Love Thank you for your kind words about Fiji. The current government has subtly tried to remove the love of the people for the Royals. First, without our permission, Fiji was turned from a Dominion into a Republic, and the Queen's image was gradually removed from our currency. When the flag was to be altered to remove the Union Jack the people protested loudly. Now, with the tour of the Duke and Duchess, the depth of interest in them was not taken into account. Everybody is hopeful our elections will go smoothly - but there is no guarantee of that. The tour served to unite all Fijians, and should not have a bearing on the outcome.

M99980 That was so unfortunate. I think she would have loved to meet more of the ladies in the market and greeting the citizens of Fiji would have been a highlight of their visit. I heard that there were some officials who thought that their visit should have been postponed until after the elections there so as not to interfere with the outcome of the election. Do you think that had something to do with their limited interaction with the people of Fiji? By the way I had an opportunity to travel through the countryside in Fiji. The land is so beautiful, green and lush and the few people that I met were friendly. God bless you and your country.

+Dawn Ashley The force of a crowd can be detrimental, even when full of love. Being very unfamiliar to such festivities, as well as a first time expectant mother; Meghan is first-hand experiencing a lot right now. I pray these beautiful people will be given another opportunity to share and interact with Harry&Meghan in the very near future. I enjoyed the splendor of Fiji that was showcased during this shared visit.

Shiela Kerr , 👍👍 very well said. I agree 100%. Only concern is, since there was no plausible explanation from KP for the reason Meghan had to leave the market so soon, I wonder how the other Commonwealth countries will interpret her swift departure. The ladies in the market did not understand and thinks it was not good, and they expressed those sentiments.
